As an emergency department physician who is also 33 weeks and 1 day pregnant, I am at high risk for complications should I contract covid. I talked it over with my OB/GYN and she and I both feel the benefits outweigh the risks of getting vaccinated for me. I am so glad today I was able to take the first step toward being a little more protected. I feel the light at the end of the tunnel coming. If we all do our part we can #CrushCovid and move on to a better brighter future.
